About the Retreat
Society places a tremendous amount of expectations on women. We often search to find the right balance and it can feel overwhelming with the decisions we are faced with. We also tend to surrender to these expectations and may lose ourselves in work, raising a family, being caregivers, etc. We often lack in our own self-care and spiral into self-judgment, leading to a lack of confidence and the motivation for pursuing our own dreams and desires.
This retreat was created with the intention to hold sacred space for women. A safe space where women could be authentic, being supported and nurtured with complete acceptance. Addressing the pressure to fulfill our roles, paired with the feelings of isolation the last several years, we gather together to create community and empower women to align with their sisterhood.
Our retreat takes place on the day of the 11/11 Portal. Master number 11 signifies spiritual awakening, insight, and intuition. 1’s on their own are a sign of beginnings, new things to come, creation, innovation, and manifestation, and in the number 1111, that meaning becomes amplified four-fold. This year, 11/11 comes just before a new moon, creating an extraordinary opportunity to manifest new beginnings in our lives.
On this significant cosmic date, we set an intention to clear self-doubt, worry, and fear, enabling a clean slate to manifest what is in full alignment with our souls. We come together with like minded women to support and encourage one another in shared experiences with some individual attention along the way.
This day-long retreat includes group experiences such as opening and closing ceremonies, creating intention bundles, intuitive stretching, and ending the day with a Reiki-infused sound bath, weaving the vibrations from a large range of instruments throughout the space. Retreat participants will create manifestation boards and new moon abundance checks, share a delicious vegan, gluten free lunch catered by Gourmet Mama, and receive individual integrative chair massages and readings with channeled messages from spirit.
Lunch, snacks, materials for all activities, and a welcome bag are included in the price. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at time of registration.
The retreat is being held at Massage by Laura in Marlton, NJ, located minutes from both routes 70 and 73, just off I-295. The event studio is on the second floor and does require walking up a flight of steps. Information regarding parking and other logistics will be sent leading up to the retreat. The full cost of the retreat is $222 which is fully refundable through 10/28/23, and 50% refundable through 11/4/23. Partial refunds for cancellations after 11/4 will be considered for emergency reasons only on a case-by-case basis.

Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Ceremony provides an opportunity to collectively set intention as a group and establish a safe space, free of judgment. You are welcome to bring meaningful items to place on a co-created altar as we begin our day together. At the end of the day we will ceremoniously remove items from the altar, sybolizing our return to our individual lives.
Reiki Infused Sound Bath
Sound Healing encourages us to drop into a Theta brainwave state, where we have access to memories, emotions, and sensations of the unconscious mind. It is related to our creativity, intuition, and spiritual connection.
While you receive the healing vibrations of sound, you will also have an opportunity to receive Reiki directly from one of our practitioners.
Intuitive Stretching
Intuitive stretching is a gentle way to reconnect intentionally with our bodies. It helps loosen muslces in our upper body, allowing for deeper, easier breaths, as well as our lower body, supporting our weight in a balanced, grounded fashion.
Integrative Chair Massage
Integrative Chair Massage focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and head and incorporates energy work and sound healing instruments based on client needs. These sessions can help reduce muscle tension and knots, improve the mind-body connection, improve sleep, and increase an overall sense of well-being.
Divine Messages
We all have all of the information we could ever need within us, but sometimes a little validation is nice! Natacia and Sara Joy will be providing individual readings combining Oracle Cards with channeled messages from spirit. Discover what messages your spirit team holds for you!
Intention Bundles
Join Lucia in a relaxing project of creating intention bundles. These bundles include dried flowers, herbs, and crystals, customized to your preference. Explore the meanings and uses of the various materials or simply use your intuition to choose.
Manifestation Boards
Manifestation boards are powerful tools for focusing our attention on what we wish to prioritize most in our lives. As our thoughts create our reality, having a visual reminder of our goals in our home helps keep this focus in mind, despite life’s distractions. Supplies and directions will be provided for this DIY activity while individual sessions are taking place.
Vegan, Gluten Free Lunch & Snacks
We believe very strongly in the importance of nurturance – mind, spirit, and yes, body! We will be catering lunch courtsey of Gourmet Mama, as well as delicious snacks. Have a food allergy or dietary restrictions? Please let us know at the time of registration.
Meet Your Facilitators
Lucia DiSimone
Co-Director of the Vibrational Healing Institute, Lucia DiSimone is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki Master, Master Sound Healer, Certified Aromatherapist and the owner of The Nurtured Soul. She integrates sound healing, aromatherapy, therapeutic massage and touch, and energy medicine in a safe space to support her clients as they heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She has a background as a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator and initiated Complementary Therapy Programs, to improve the quality of life for terminally-ill patients, and has also volunteered with HealThy Life, a local nonprofit established to aid cancer patients seeking holistic treatments not covered by health insurance.
Sara Joy Kuhlen
Co-Director of the Vibrational Healing Institute, Sara Joy Kuhlen is a Board-certified Music Therapist with a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy. She holds additional certifications in Usui Reiki (Master level), sound healing (100 hour) and birth and bereavement doula support. Her private practice, Divine Harmonies LLC, combines music therapy, Reiki, and sound healing, as well as her gifts as an intuitive channel and physical empath, to address clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Sara Joy has presented to professional groups and has offered a variety of classes and workshops incorporating meditation and sound healing.
Laura Price
Natacia Nickles
Natacia Nickles graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute of Wilmington Delaware in 2010, and expanded her esoteric knowledge by receiving certifications in Usui Reiki Level 1, 2, 3 & Masters, as well as Holy Fire Reiki level 1. A clairaudient, Natacia is an intuitive reader of tarot and oracle cards, and complements her holistic practices with an additional certification in sound healing. Natacia is a naturally gifted Mystic who is committed to being a healer of the mind, body and soul. Her passion is to touch the hearts of those she encounters and to teach them how to consciously create their life through the understanding that every thought, word or action shifts the energy in their field and creates their reality.
