What is vibrational healing?
All matter in the universe, including all cells in our bodies, are in a constant state of movement, or vibration. Everything in nature has an ideal speed of vibration (frequency), allowing optimal functioning. Just as cars and other mechanical objects need “tune-ups” from time to time, so too do we, whether on a physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual level. When we are not functioning at our optimal frequencies, we can experience illness, disease, and impaired relationships with ourselves and others. Vibrational healing refers to techniques that restore the body’s harmony, balance, and innate ability to heal. Examples of vibrational healing modalities include sound healing, Reiki, acupuncture, crystal therapy, and aura and chakra clearings, among others.
Why should I train with you?
Our Directors share over 20 years of combined experience working with energy, sound, frequencies and vibration. They have served clients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, hospice, schools, prisons, hospitals, rehabilitation programs, and private practice. Vibrational healing modalities can bring previous trauma and grief to the surface for some clients, and we feel that it is vital to prepare students for how to best support clients in these situations. We are committed to providing a well rounded education, ensuring our students feel confident providing healing techniques, with an emphasis on quality and professionalism. Our graduates receive ongoing mentoring and support and may connect with us at any point after training. Additionally, at times we bring in expert guest instructors to offer training on their field of expertise.
Where are classes held?
The Vibrational Healing Institute holds courses and workshops at a variety of locations throughout the Delaware Valley. Our offerings encompass a sound healing certification course and various workshops on a number of vibrational healing modalities. What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we primarily accept electronic payments via the PayPal platform which accepts PayPal accounts, major credit cards, and Venmo. PayPal also offers payment plans to qualified buyers, solely at their own discretion. Specific registration and payment details are included with the description for each training/event. Cash is accepted for gift certificates, merchandise, and same-day registrations.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates may be used towards any of our courses, workshops, retail items or events. Please note that some of the venues we contract with manage their own registration, so if you would like to use a gift certificate, please contact us prior to registering and we will help facilitate the process.

What are your Covid-19 protocols?
We follow state guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our students. These guidelines may change over time, so please reach out to us if you have any specific questions or concerns.
Is vibrational healing backed by research?
While most vibrational healing techniques have not received as much research funding as more mainstream medical and psychological approaches, there is a growing body of evidence to support the theory and use of these modalities. Each workshop and certification course we offer includes hand-outs and/or manuals including a synopsis of the available research and sources for further study.
Are your sound healing courses offered online?
While our certification course includes an online portion, the majority of the course is currently offered in-person only. Learning vibrational healing techniques is a transformational experience, often creating a bond amongst the instructors and student cohort. It is our belief that we all learn from each other as part of a co-created experience, and sharing physical space provides the optimal environment for developing relationships and sharing ideas.
Our training allows time for hands-on support through clinic experiences (demonstrating techniques on each other or individuals from the community), during which the instructors can provide guidance and feedback in real time, increasing the confidence of our students to offer both individual and group services in their communities.
Where can I purchase instruments?
Due to the rising popularity in sound healing, the market is saturated with companies offering instruments at different price points. The options can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to determine quality when ordering instruments online. Sound healing tools are intended to provide a pure frequency, and as such we work with different suppliers to source high quality sound healing instruments. We highly recommend pre-ordering instruments for the training, and will provide information regarding available instruments and pricing during the registration process. A limited number of tools will be available for sale on the day of class.
What is your refund policy?
Full or partial refunds are available in some circumstances, depending upon when you notify us of a need to cancel. Please note that the following timelines apply:
4 or more weeks prior to the program start date: Full refund
Up to one week prior to program start date: 50% refund
Less than one week to program start date: No refund
Registration fees may be transferred to a future class on a case by case basis, only when class is missed due to extenuating circumstances – defined as unforeseeable and uncontrollable events as determined at the discretion of the Institute Directors. We may ask for a Physician’s note or other documentation to support your transfer request.
Full refunds will be issued if the Institute cancels the class, however, please note that we cannot be responsible for any travel or lodging expenses incurred and recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance.
Do you offer scholarships?
We offer a limited number of partial scholarships based on need, on a case-by-case basis. Scholarships may not be available until a certain quota has been met for a given event/course. Please contact us for more information.
How can I be notified about upcoming trainings and events?
The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our newsletter (see form at the bottom of this page). Vibrational healing may bring up deeply rooted memories and emotions. Our courses and workshops are an intimate experience and we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and confidential environment. We set and uphold a judgment free space where all students are heard, respected, valued and accepted.
